By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services.
Harlingen Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring installation, coating, repair, and surface preparation services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, garage floor coatings, pool deck coatings, concrete resurfacing, and related services. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Harlingen, TX and the surrounding Rio Grande Valley.
The specific scope of work, materials, and timeline for each project are defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer prior to the start of work. Website content describing our services is for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of availability, timeline, or specific outcomes for any individual project.
All estimates are provided in writing based on an in-person inspection of the project site. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change after 30 days or if the scope of work changes based on conditions discovered during the project.
Additional charges may apply if conditions not visible during the initial inspection - such as hidden moisture issues, severe concrete damage, or pre-existing coatings that require removal - are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any such changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Any price ranges or general cost estimates shown on our website are informational only and do not constitute a binding quote for your specific project.
Appointments are confirmed in writing or by phone. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment. This allows us to reallocate crew time and materials.
We reserve the right to reschedule work if weather or site conditions are unsuitable for the work being performed. This includes excessive heat, humidity, rain, or other conditions that would compromise the quality or safety of the installation. We will notify you promptly if a rescheduling is necessary and work with you to find the next available date.
Any deposits paid to confirm a project are non-refundable if the customer cancels fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
To allow us to complete your project on time and to the highest standard, we ask that you:
Delays caused by the customer failing to prepare the work area as agreed may result in rescheduling or additional labor charges.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or service agreement. For most residential projects, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For commercial projects, payment terms may be outlined separately.
Accepted payment methods are listed on your estimate. Payments not made within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a mechanics lien on the property where work was performed, as permitted under Texas law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms applicable to your project will be described in your written estimate or service agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: customer misuse or failure to follow care instructions, damage from impact, flooding, or events outside normal use, modifications made by any party other than us, or failure of the underlying concrete slab due to soil movement or structural issues unrelated to our work.
Material warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will assist you in pursuing a material warranty claim where applicable.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, all services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in your written agreement.
